In this article, we'll teach you how to make this delicious dish at home in just minutes (Mumbai Masala Pav Recipe), making your breakfast or evening snack memorable.

Ingredients for Masala Pav
4 Pav (bread buns)
2 onions (finely chopped)
1 bell pepper (finely chopped)

2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
2 teaspoons Pav Bhaji Masala (essential)

1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Butter for frying
Finely chopped coriander leaves (for garnish)

How to Make Masala Pav
This recipe is so easy that even a beginner can try it:

First, heat some butter or oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onions and fry until light pink. Add tomatoes and capsicum. When the vegetables soften slightly, add turmeric, red chili powder, pav bhaji masala, and salt, mixing well. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the spices begin to release their aroma.

Now, cut the pav in half in a way that it doesn't separate. It should look like a book. Then, heat a pan and add some butter. Now spread a tablespoon of the prepared masala on the pan. Press the inside of the pav over the masala and toast it well on both sides, ensuring the masala penetrates deep into the pav.
