There are two miles of traffic on the impacted stretch of motorway and delays of up to 30 minutes, with West Yorkshire Police urging drivers to "avoid the area where possible". National Highways: Yorkshire said: "Emergency services including West Yorkshire Police are in attendance. National Highways Traffic Officers are also on scene assisting with traffic management.
