PATIALA: A former AAP women’s wing functionary has filed a sexual harassment complaint in a Patiala court against Punjab health minister Dr Balbir Singh, who has denied the charges and said that he will “file a reply in the court”.
In her Sept 29 petition before CJM, the woman accused Singh of repeated harassment, molestation and intimidation, and named his son, close aides, a local party neta and AAP Punjab unit as co-accused in a criminal conspiracy to threaten and defame her.
She alleged unwelcome advances, demands for sexual favours, threats of false cases , spyware on her phone and circulation of defamatory material. She sought registration of a criminal case and the arrest of all the accused.
